Key features include a KPI overview for key travel metrics such as seat comfort, entertainment, and overall value. The dashboard incorporates time-series visualizations to uncover long-term rating trends, as well as interactive filters by continent, aircraft type, seat class, and traveler category. A world map showcases country-level review patterns, while detailed aircraft breakdowns reveal differences in passenger experiences.
Insights surfaced from the analysis include notable trends in service performance, variation across aircraft types, and shifts in ratings during the pandemic. The dashboard provides a user-friendly and data-driven way to explore airline experience through passenger feedback.
